Seal Beach Pony Families:

As your new league president, I want to welcome you back to Seal Beach Pony Baseball and Softball.  With much excitement, we are getting ready for the 2009 Seal Beach Pony Season and are looking forward to seeing the many young baseball and softball players return to our league.

  What makes this league so special is the positive support from the coaches, parents and the league sponsors making the baseball and softball experience for our players in Seal Beach second to none. We continue to have outstanding support from our parents, coaches, friends and players to continue the great momentum the league has seen over the past few years. 

It feels like we just finished our last game and here we are already getting ready for the 2009 season.  As you have seen, there is a lot of work going on around the fields, but with the field improvements we made last year, our fields will be in the best shape ever as we get ready for opening day, February 21st.  The league will also improve the lighting to make the night games more enjoyable and improvements are also planned for the outfield.

The Seal Beach Pony League will promote a friendly, instructional and family oriented experience for all levels of play with the goal of making sure your player has an enjoyable and memorable season.

 In addition, this year our plan is to have inner league play in some of the divisions of baseball with our friends at St. Hedwig’s which will enable us to expand our player experiences outside of Seal Beach.
